GSQ: Beauty Brand social launch & content

How we helped a new beauty brand become a social darling.
As a newcomer to the beauty space, CVS was launching GSQ by Glamsquad, and had a small budget but big dreams: making a name for itself amongst a sea of heavy-hitters in an already saturated market. This new line of beauty tools was an affordable way to give any bathroom shelf an upgrade. We successfully launched IG account GSQbyGlamsquad entirely on social, building the brand from the ground up. From initial teaser launch Post 1, to on-going engagement (Stories, Reels, Polls, Quizzes, etc.), we positioned GSQ as the go-to brand for beauty & haircare essentials. We capitalized on the growing #shelfie movement on Instagram and created our own using GSQ go-tos with share-worthy social content, a killer brand vibe, and engaging a community of beauty pro’s and newbies. Lead all photoshoots, design and messaging, creating social-first content across paid and organic. Defined beauty looks, directed models on set, and developed a cohesive creative look and feel planned to a strategic editorial calendar for content that stands out in feed.
